CRC Moves to Floor Consideration
The Oregonian is reporting that the joint legislative committee has passed out a recommendation to provide $450M in bonding authority for the Columbia River Crossing by a margin of 14-2. My understanding is that this will send the bill to a floor vote in both the House and Senate.
