In the first half of the show Nedra speaks with Dave Simmons, Executive Director of Ride Illinois, an organization which has been at the forefront of cycling advocacy, education and awareness in that state since 1992.

In the second half Alon is joined by Cypriot teenagers Dora Turk and Konstantinos Pavlou who talk about cycling in their Mediterranean island and about the group Creating Friendship for Peace which brings together youth in divided lands.
