KBOO Bike Show: Cycling and Weight Loss

Listen to the show (mp3, 12.1M)

This month on the KBOO Bike Show the topic is major weight loss.

Sara and Ayleen interview Aaron Adam and Mike Rasmussen about how becoming regular cyclists has allowed them to loose significant weight, and what that journey has been like for them.

Hi Sara and Ayleen,

Thanks for mentioning on your show about Jammin 95.5's comments against cyclists. Sorry I was unable to call in to provide more info this morning.

Anyhow, I have created a website that has all the info that I have collected thus far about this issue for people to visit:

Thanks again,

I enjoyed the discussion of weight loss through cycling. Thank you for a realistic approach that recognizes weight loss slows as we get closer to 200 or so pounds. I lost about 20 pounds, mostly by cycling and a little more careful eating. It took some time. Some of it wants to come back. But, I listen again to your Podcast to motivate myself to give it another try. I now weigh about 203 pounds.
