Columbia River Crossing project staff have released an estimate range of $3.1B to $4.2B. Meanwhile, Secretary of Transportation Mary Peters was quoted on OPB saying the Feds might pick up as much as 80% of the cost. Madam Secretary, will you match 80% for the transit piece too? Pinch me.
