Oh, for Pete's sake. It sounds to me like they're trying to spread information on what streetcars do and how well they do or don't work. Remember, 99% of Americans don't live near one.

We have stretcars in Boston and their great. It really seems that the nice cities have them, and the ugly dumpy ones don't.
