Should I add a 'Broadband' entry over in the list of modal categories? According to this article telecommuting is a mode of its own.

Telecommuting is still a pipe dream for the average worker--even the average office worker that uses a computer all day. The culture of business in the US doesn't seem to regard it a legitimate and a trickle federal commuter incentives is not going to change that attitude.
