Coming Up on the KBOO Bike Show: the Metal Cowboy
Author Joe Kurmaski, also known as the Metal Cowboy, and his kids will join us in studio to talk about their experience bike touring across the country as a family. We will also discuss a Camp Creative, a new summer camp for kids that the Metal Cowboy will open next summer.

Lynn Lindgren-Schreuder will join Kate Welch to discuss how walking is
another step we can all take to combat global warming. We will be talking
about:
· Willamette Pedestrian Coalition's role in the community
· Laws that protect pedestrians
· Exciting things that are happening in the community for pedestrians
Please join us as we discuss conditions for pedestrians in the region. WPC
is beginning a fundraising effort and we need your support to continue to
advocate for pedestrians in the Portland Metro region.
