CRC Day at Portland Transport

All Columbia River Crossing, all day. Leading up to tomorrow's DEIS decision by the task force, let's start with coverage and reaction to Metro's hearing on the options:

WA Senate approves $49 fine for people who ignore $3 bridge toll; AP article linked on Columbian's website, 2.25.07. Technically referring to the new Tacoma Narrows bridge, but something that'll probably come up with the CRC as well.
