I have been pretty impressed with this series that the PSU ITS folks put on. Besides having interesting topics by notable presenters (from Making Transit Sustainable by TM GM Fred Hansen to Green Streets by Commr. Sam to Blueprint for Better Biking by the BTA), they've made most presentations available online and even downloadable. In general, we are lucky to have such a good transportation research group.
